Greg Cauthron began his mortgage career when he graduated from the Price College of Business at The University of Oklahoma in 1987 with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance.

Now, with 35 years of Mortgage related experience there really isn’t a loan type he hasn’t done. Over the years not only has he been a part of thousands of loans he has owned and operated several mortgage companies and trained hundreds of employees in the industry.

Greg is licensed in the state of Arizona, where he is proud to be the Responsible Individual and local Producing Branch Manager of the Scottsdale office for Legacy Group Capital.

Though he spent many years involved in Coaching Little League and Club Baseball Teams, now that his two sons are grown, he is 100% dedicated to helping his old and new clients create and grow their wealth through Real Estate Lending and Investing.

As Greg likes to say, “Everyone fits in either category…you either have money to invest or you need money to complete a real estate project, either way we have you covered”!

He is often spotted at Fund Raisers for Children’s Group Homes and enjoys attending pet fairs with his Yorkie named Gracie.
