We consider ourselves business partners with all of our builders, and even in challenging times we remain flexible to help accomplish both of our development goals.
Legacy Group Capital has the ability to partner with builders and developers on residential projects. We provide equity from our real estate funds or raise outside equity from our investor base. If builders find themselves short on capital due to market timing, LGC fills the void by providing funding to take advantage of opportunistic markets.
Legacy Group Capital brings added value to its builders by sourcing new deals. Through our real estate acquisition and development department, we source as many deals as anyone in the greater Seattle market. We assign deals to our builders and also aid in underwriting and permitting new projects. Over the last few years we have averaged over 100 deals per year delivered to builders for profit.
