When our mortgage team told us "financing was impossible" for a property we found, we were heart broken. Luckily they directed us to contact Shannon K at Legacy Group. Because the property had two "unlivable" structures, it was too complex for traditional financing - but Shannon worked with us to make the process so smooth and simple. Through LGC, we were able to purchase the property and qualify for a construction loan, which enabled us to renovate both structures into lovely, livable homes, then subdivide the lot into two separate properties. Thanks to LGC we able to successfully complete a project that was otherwise deemed "impossible." And what we expected to be a complicated, overwhelming process of numbers/percentages, paperwork was incredibly straight-forward and simple. We're looking forward to working with Shannon again!
