Legacy Group Capital kicked off summer with an exciting company outing at The Golf Club at Newcastle. Employees formed teams of three to four and hit the course for a friendly putt-putt match! They put their skills to the test, competing for first, second, and third place on the 18-hole course while enjoying some friendly rivalry and building camaraderie. The day was perfect, with clear skies and a gentle breeze. Highlights included impressive hole-in-ones and enthusiastic cheers. Employees encouraged each other, shared tips, and celebrated successes, fostering team building and bonding.
We asked employees two questions: “What was something unique you learned from playing with your co-workers?” and “How did you enjoy this team event?” Here is what they had to say:
- “I learned that my teammate’s husband has worked for the Seattle Seahawks for 31 years.”
- “I thought this outing was really cool. I got to hang out with three people I don’t normally interact with.”
- “I didn’t know my co-workers’ skills, and it’s great for building a team.”
- “As a fast-growing company, outings help me get to know my co-workers better.”
The putt-putt tournament was a total blast! It was amazing to see everyone come together and have some fun outside the office. We laughed, we cheered, and we created a memorable experience for all. We look forward to hosting more events like this in the future!
