Loan Servicing Administrator
Bellevue, WA or Remote (PST or MST)
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative operations of mortgage loan accounts with an emphasis on construction lending loans. This role ensures that loans are processed, serviced, and maintained accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory guidelines and organizational standards. The administrator will act as a liaison between borrowers, internal teams, and external entities, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan lifecycle.
Project Coordinator - Real Estate Team
Bellevue, WA
The Project Coordinator is an entry level position at Legacy Group Capital that will assist the Real Estate Team’s underwriting, entitlement, project management, and sales processes. A successful applicant has a positive attitude, is familiar with commonly used project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Salesforce, Dropbox, etc.), and is committed to provide timely communication and excellent customer service. Experience in real estate, permitting, and/or construction is preferred but not required.
