The Junior Loan Servicing Administrator will provide support in the administration and transfer of mortgage loan collateral packages. This role is primarily responsible for preparing and shipping collateral documentation, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with loan sale partners to ensure timely and compliant delivery. This position will also assist with managing insurance coverage and the payment of property taxes for active loans in the company’s servicing pipeline. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while learning the fundamentals of loan servicing.
