Heather started her career in 2005 as a loan processor and has been in some form of operations over the years. She is passionate about making the loan process as quick and efficient as possible for the best borrower experience.

Heather spends her free time with her husband, Rob, and two daughters, Kailyn and Malia. Between their school and extracurricular activities, it is another full time job.
